Winter Training Menu Options and Pricing 2021
As discussed during the parent meetings, we will be approaching winter training a bit differently this year by using a class format. We believe that this approach will allow for even more quality instruction and individualization for each player, while keeping group sizes safe and small! Please see options below. Looking forward to helping each player maximize their athletic potential!
Strength and Conditioning
Strength and conditioning should be a priority for all players. If you’re going to sign up for one thing, make it strength training. Work on important movement patterns related to baseball and overall athleticism. Ran by NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Steve Campbell, players can expect a training program designed to promote strength, explosiveness, and general athletic health. Strength and conditioning will consist of work on the turf and in the weight room. Want to hit the ball farther, throw harder, and run faster? It starts here.
