Instead of pitching camp, all winter pitching workouts will take place on an individual/small group basis with coach Mike Campbell. Workouts will focus on the following skills:
- Mechanics for better velocity
- Strength for better velocity
- Video analysis
- Mental toughness
- Improving or adding offspeed pitches
- Game strategy
- Arm/Shoulder Care
- Core Strength
Coach Mike is a former D1 Scholarship pitcher at Rider University. He knows what it takes to get to the next level and can help you get there as well. Lessons will take place in groups of 1-4 players max and will be around 1-2 hours in length depending on the amount of participants. Sessions will start in December.
